Hi I just recently bought an Acer Aspire 5610z laptop from Wal-Mart about a week ago with Windows Vista Home Premium with an Intergrated Graphics Card. When I load up the computer my screen goes black for a second then back to normal when my wireless internet enables itself. I was wondering if that's normal? All the updates we're sucessful and everything works perfectly fine it's just when I first start my PC the screen goes black for a second then everything comes back to normal once the wireless becomes enabled. Any suggestions?

That sounds normal, just a frequency change.

I've seen this phenomenae in both Vista and XP media center. I did not investigate it, because it did not seem to do any harm. I doubt if there is anything wrong with your video card, other than the fact you bought it at WALMART.

That's quite normal specially for LCD panels.
