If you wiped your hard drive of the original OS and tried to install an OS from a full OS install disk, the problem is that you don't have the custom hardware drivers for the Dell installed. Dell laptops and desk tops use customized restore disks to reinstall the computers OS when there is a major problem like the replacement of a hard drive or wiping the drive due to a virus infection. You need to use the original Dell restore disk only to make the computer functional again.

You need serious fix as in going to the repair shop for this, it is fixable hardware problem, no need going to completely new laptop, since it gets to where you say it got to. But shouldn't troubleshooting the faulty component ever crossed your mind?

greater info please. Does it close off unexpectedly, does it close off at the same time as loading, on welcome reveal screen or computing device reveal screen. My wager atm is a scourge although. or you have hardware subject concerns. Did you recently improve ur computing device or overclock something? and idd what that guy reported, mayb something's overheating. be certain the openings of ur computing device, the place air is available in/out are not plugged bcuz of airborne dirt and dirt or somthing. Or bypass to a cooler section.
