incoherent, stammering, sstuttering, wordless, inarticulate, aphasic, aphonic, joiceless, dumb, mute, incommunicative.

You could use any synonyms for clumsy and ungraceful too. Fluent would NOT be my first choice to describe video playback, but I am as unmusical a person as ever lived.
(Gauche, ponderous, unpolished, etc...)
