Oh yes, I have had that a lot! I work for a company that make fridge vans and people who buy them sell sandwiches, hot food, soup etc from them and we have sold at least 6 vans to the MOD, mainly SODEXHO, and whenever I ring the base up I always get one story one day then when I ring up again, I get a different version and no one seems to want to deal with me and it really aggravates me! They move the vans between bases and don't tell us so I end up talking to 100 different people and not finding out where the vans are!! Aaarrrgghhhh! My rant over, thanks! :)

YES!!! And all the annoying music, drives me crazy! All I can suggest is get the persons name that you are speaking with and make sure you get the same person the next time you call. And lodge a complaint, remember, the squeeky wheel gets the grease!

now you have that off your chest i hope you feel better, it is really annoying the best you can do is get all the information together that you need and apply on line keep a record of all you fill out, i wish you luck and success on the course you want hope you pass.

I will take out time to go to the company, catch hold of the person who misguided me by his collar and take him to his superior Such persons need to be exposed lest they do not misguide some one else in future.

If these people/companies can't answer you within a certain time they should ring you back is what I think, that should be made policy!

I know exactly how you feel. It's the same way when you deal with bill collectors or your someone you owe money to (the bills) they say one thing then do another.

Ask for the morons Superior/Supervisor/Manager and inform them. Can't fix a problem if the one's that can ... are not aware.
