There's portals, servers, backup servers, and mail protocols that all need to be setup. Generally you'd have 2 or more severs setup for Internet usage and 2 or more for mail....the mail servers would have different protocols as they need to be more secure than the Internet servers. All need to be backed up on a separate system that can only be accessed from the head-end. If you are truly looking into setting up an ISP the place you should really start is by contacting one of those "mom and pop" ISP's in your area....some companies would be Athenet, or Family Video as they both setup local ISP's for wherever the "store" is, so they could point you in the right direction.

If you are wanting to offer your service a specific ISP, rather then general information, it would be better to get their specific information. Contact them with your questions, and then the answers you get will be right for them.

There are literally thousands of different set ups, computers, softwares, etc. an ISP could use. So it is best to get "their" set up, not somebody else's or even the most common.

hi my costly pal. :-) ???? i could be quite pissed off if that got here approximately to me, and that i assist you in taking despite action you are able to with Y!A to stay away from such abuse of the TOS. even nonetheless, do no longer draw close your hopes and happiness on Y!A, as they a surprisingly confident to disappoint (or they're going to take a protracted time to grant you satisfaction). If i grow to be on your subject, i think of i might substitute my call, avatar and profile (on the comparable account... as quickly as that's reinstated) to something that my record-bot won't be able to understand, and make my Q&a private temporarily. i might digital mail my well-liked contacts with the transformations, so they could nonetheless understand me, and supply them a short description of why. (you probably did that for us once you started this new little account, so thank-you for that attempt ? xo). in step with threat i might block whoever grow to be reporting me (if I knew for specific)... or i might disable "including contacts" (in all threat). i might additionally go forward with getting Y!A to do something greater to guard my account, as you attempt to do. I determine that making transformations to my very own account supplies me lots of the capacity to repair the subjects in my very own life (and subsequently avert melancholy... that previous feeling of powerlessness). that's an soreness of suspense to anticipate individuals to repair issues... It you go with something completed, you do could desire to do it your self, despite if meaning changing your Y!A "id". you're being professional-energetic, and that's a reliable difficulty. save on attempting to make transformations, the two the transformations which you will individually make, and additionally the transformations which you will stimulate interior Y!A, via affirmative action. desire issues artwork out greater valuable for you quickly. i admire you "beans for brains"... i do no longer comprehend why you call your self that, lol. you're no longer stupid in any respect, yet each from time to time you're too puzzling on your self. ??
