there, are so manykind of pole i like them all but mine favorite one is my exercise pole, that way i can use all of mu body, as you know, walking and dieting doesn't do it all and we got to work , those muscle; and my second best is a dancing pole; we have one at our local gym and boy let me tell you , monday was an holiday every body were there; it were full of mens; and our dancing instructor; got mad and closed up the gym; you should have seen the look on those mens faces, we were dissapointed to because we miss our dancing classes of cause of some hot , bothering men that couldn't control their selves. any way have a good day, love joyce.

I savor black beans and purple beans. I extraordinarily savor paying for the bagged variations of ethnic bean dishes...dry black beans with Cuban or Caribbean spices and dry purple beans with the hot Orleans spices. I integrate the two and make a delectable blend dish. My spouse hates it, so I convey it to artwork and consume my strange concoction there.
