Uh, pay them? If you can't pay them all at once, then they'll set up a payment plan for you.

There are some circumstances, if you owe a huge amount and the IRS agrees you'll never be able to pay them, that some of the amount can be forgiven. This isn't automatic though, and most such requests are turned down.
