It has a few calories and lots of protein if you swallow, that's all. It's like taking a sip of a protein drink, although it tastes very different, obviously. But there are no adverse affects.
VVV unless the person has a disease, of course, but that goes without saying, and simple contact may transfer the disease, you dont' even need to bring secretions into it.

Sperm contains protein, and so offers some nutritional benefits if swallowed.
The most important thing to consider is if the person supplying the sperm has any sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS, as oral sex is a very effective way of transferring these - even if sperm isn't actually produced.
If you don't know the sexual history of the person supplying the sperm whether via oral sex or a glass, then it's a big risk.
