Unfortunatly USA does not get the QD32 engine But like most diesel engines forced induction makes a big power difference. Just depends how strong the lower end is. And how much you can get out of the fuel injectors and fuel system has to have a different mechanical pump that enrichens under pressure and throttle (Not throttle only) Electronic Common Rail Diesel injection requires larger squirters and ECM reprogram. I would be looking at Nissan Deavy duty trucks to see if the same engine is used in delevery trucks and adapt the induction system.
