Is this sentence right or not?
"Confirm the tour group whether need to check some crtification before hand." ---Explain: During some itinerary, the tour group may meet some places to check the tourists' passport or visa or other stuff, so the guide should prepare certifications before hand. If the sentence isn't correct, could you suggest me another brief sentence which make an sense? Thanks and forgive my bad English!

to me it should read,Confirm the tour group ,we may need to check some certification before commencing.. hey, im atruck driver,

actually that sentence was written almost perfect except after whether you need to say who needs to check some cirtification.
