Sometimes kids do things that they don't want parents to know about because it may cause them to be angry. Burning and bleeding on urination can certainly be a sign of cystitis, but can also be a sign of many other things. You need to see a doctor. Though your parents may not be happy that you're not a virgin anymore, they'll be happy with you being an otherwise healthy child.
I have three kids that regularly disappoint me. Yet I love them so much that I would gladly lay my life down for any one of them. I'm sure your parents feel the same about you.
Talk to them, then after the yelling and screaming, let them take you to the doctor's, get some antibiotics, some ideas on birth control and safe sex, and make sure everything is OK. Good luck, both to you and your parents.

It's probably a urinary tract infection in which case they will test only your urine and prescribe antibiotics. Go to your doctor or a clinic rather than a hospital. Don't be afraid to tell your mom that you think you may have a urinary infection.

It sounds to me as though you have a urinary tract infection. You won't care about your mother's reaction if you get to the point of sepsis, so I'd go to the doctor now and not worry about what mom thinks. You've got bigger problems.

I assume you are a young adult - over 16? - so you would be over the "age of consent". If you are under 16 - the guy with whom you have been involved has committed a crime and your parents could, if they so wish, bring a charge against him.
Cystitis which includes blood, needs to be knocked on the head quickly - you could go to the doc without telling parents if that worries you.
Your appointment with the doctor is confidential - he or she will not tell your parents, but if you are very young, he might take it further.
It could be the sex causing the cystitis (UTI) - it used to be called "bride's disease" because many young brides returned from honeymoon with the disease. Welcome to the world of women!!
Your next problem is to protect yourself against the nastier things like STD's (which includes AIDS) and pregnancy.
