I am located outside the US, how do you unlock a Ford Explorer 2004/ 2005 stereo access code?

I am unable to refer to a dealer and the manual is in another language. The stereo options are locked, no music, no tape player capabilities......nothing.

Try these sites to get the code---small fee. Call Ford customer service for instructions--- if you need that.
