Fruits evolved because they contain the thing animals need, sugar, so they could attract people to eat them.
Healthy, unhealthy sugar??? Well sugar is sugar, though bananas contain lots of glucose, while other fruits have sucrose.
Basically sugar should be part of your normal diet, it only becomes a problem when we are eating sugar fortified foods such as candy, bread and just about everything manufactured (eg health bars)
Anyway, tomatos are not that high in sugar, while avacados are low in sugar and high in fat (yum yum). Apples are fairly low in sugar too.
If fruit is part of your normal diet and you cut out the junk food there will be no problem.

Sugar is made from sugar cane,
Fruits do not have sugar but they have other substance whcih are sweets i.e, sobtose, etc, all have u heard of low sweetners will they are made from fruits sugar
following r the fruits which have less sweetening
critus fruits : lemon/lime, oranges, etc
normal sweeten : apples, melon
high sweeten : banana,mangoes, pinapple, grapes, pears

the bases of fruits are water and sugar. that's impossible. same goes with vegetables.
but it's HEALTHY sugar. although too much of anything isn't good for you, right?
it's as healthy as healthy gets.
