The happiness with out truth don't have it essence.
The truth is cause of the happiness.
So they are the same thing in different view.

Jesus says, I am the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6). To be with Jesus is happiness. It is even an understatement. No words could ever explain how it feels to be with Jesus.
