I don't have experience with them,but I've seen a show on TV about "dangerous" breeds,and this was one of them.They are extremely headstrong and protective ,and can kill a person quite easily.They are not for a novice dog owner as they need very early socialization and obedience training,and even then,it's in their genes to protect and attack if they feel threatened or if they feel that their family is being threatened.They are huge dogs,and need someone with physical strength to control them.They are also called the "Caucasian Mountain Dog." Oh,and the ears are cut off when they are tiny,which I find to be extremely cruel!

i actually find their meat to be a little too tough for me. it also frequently has a strange sour taste to it. i much prefer the jindo breed. the meat is tender and succulent and can be cooked in a variety of dishes. i hope this helps.
