Its quite common to feel sick after a difficult surgical procedure.
You might have started tablets before the extraction and after as well.it could lead to acidity and make you sick.
Your state of stress make you dehydrated, have plenty of fluids but never fizzy or lemon cause it will delay wound healing.
if u feeling hot there are two reasons-one is dehydration and the other is inflammatory reaction of your body to the injury.
Dont worry, have plenty of fluid...,if the temp. is raised for more than 3 days after ext, its a sign` of infection .but u r fine....

Depends - (your Dr. should have given you a written sheet of "after care instructions" -- please refer to them)

If you were "asleep" for the extraction, your body may be reacting to the anesthesia -- which is not outside the ordinary.

If you have swallowed much blood -- that itself can make you sick to your stomach.

If I recall, the after care instructions say to try to keep a little something -- a few bites of soda cracker, some Cheerios, etc. on your stomach along with lemon-lime soda - 7-Up or Sprite, etc. This can help avoid nausea.
Remember -- DO NOT use a straw. (The suction can dislodge the bloodclot in your hole, causing bigger problems)

Sure-it's traumatic. Stay well hydrated and rest-if you don't feel better in a day or two call the oral surgeon's office.

Have you been taking your pain medication on an empty stomach? That can totally cause nausea, and so can swallowing blood.
