How much can I get a Canon Digital Rebel (300D)? With lens that come with the kit or any other lens that is at least cheaper than $70? I just need zoom. Any flash below 100$? Newby so not sure the normal prices. Anyone can help me find the price for Canon Digital Rebel 300D?

When choosing a flash buy the one recommended by the camera manufacturer. Since it is designed for your camera by the manufacturer you'll always have complete compatibility.
A lens cheaper than $70.00 is going to be very low quality unless you buy it used. Again, IMO, its best to stay with lenses designed by your camera manufacturer for your camera.
Buying cheap accessories is a waste of your money. Once their limitations become a frustration to you, you'll wish you'd bought good quality ones. So you'll eventually spend the money for quality and toss the ones you initially wasted your money on.
Beware of sellers who offer the camera you want at prices substantially lower than those listed by keh.com or bhphotovideo.com. If you succumb to those lower prices you will have a high probability of having bought a "gray market" camera or lens. The "gray market" is when an importer buys cameras and lenses in a country with a lower currency exchange rate than the USA licensed importer pays in the USA. These are genuine products BUT the warranty is only good where it was purchased - so you have NO warranty in the USA. Although the "gray market" is not illegal it is very unethical IMO.

If you have an ebay account, login, then search for Canon Digital Rebel, then on the left, choose "completed listings". This will show you all the prices for 300D's sold in the last week or so.
To make it even easier to see the price range, on the top right, choose "sort by price"
