A true revelation and established reasoning can't contradict. If they contradict, then either revelation is not true or reasoning is not really reasoning. Some people feel that anything they think or feel is correct for all, which may not be case everytime.

Revelation. With revelation, comes reason.

Catholics believe that sources of revelation are both Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition. With Scripture and Tradition, it shows you reason or the knowledge you need to live.

St. John Vianney, the Cure of Ars, at first does not have the appropriate reason for being a priest. He failed his exams but because of revelation (God spoke to him in his heart and made him discern to be a priest), he was ordained and then became a great saint of the Church. With revelation, he became wise and knowledgeable that people come to him to hear his sermons.

Reason of course. I would rather use my logic and intelligence as a guiding tool than feel that a divine force had revealed something to me. Ellen Whites revelations to the Seventh-Day Adventists for example were simply the delusions of a person suffering mania.

Both. For example, Theology is a science of reasoning in which the principles of the science are Revelation. When done correctly, theology can add details to revelation which, while not revealed, tell us something more about God or God's work.

Revelation. Personal experience shows me that personal revelation can be much more reliable. Because reasons requires you know all the facts to make a decision. Something thats impossible for every human. Personal revelation just requires faith in God.

It's sad that this question is still being asked in the 21st century. Reason works; revelation is wishful thinking.

You need both.Remember the Maggi? They were astronomers. They tried to find the King on their own ,they got lost and had to go to the Jews for help. The Jews had the revelation(in the Bible).
