i know its silly but if i do would it help me loose weight pls dont be nasty about it id just like to know if it would help me loose weight along with working out and dieting how long would it take to loose 10kgs????

it would help you lose weight in one of the most unhealthy, unsafe ways possible. the damage far outweighs the good.

i cut carbs and went to the gym everyday and lost 4kg in a week. my sister did the same and lost 5. it only took 40 minutes a day (10 minutes for the trip to the gym + a 30-minute workout).
this weight stays off and i feel better than i did when in was puking all the time.

Keep making your self throw up,
because after a while you
will rupture your esophagus
and then they will fix it
with a "Nissan Wrap"
which will prevent you from throwing up
and quite possibly will
put in a feeding tube into your stomach.
Doesn't this sound nice.
So puke while you can,
because if you are lucky enough
not to rupture it,
then your esophagus may produces spasms
which mimics the symptoms very
much like a heart attack.
This is excruciating chest pain.
If you haven't had one of these,
just keep making yourself vomit.
It will get you sooner or later.
I think if I were you,
I'd just go on a 1200 calorie diet
& actually stick to it,
unless you are really suicidal.
Because by vomitting that much and that often...
It will kill you.

Really bad idea. It's called bulimia and it can kill you. The stomach acid from constantly throwing up will destroy the lining of your esophagus and could cause esophageal bleeding or stomach bleeding. If the doctors can't get the bleeding stopped, you could "bleed out". And, the enamel of your teeth will be worn away from the stomach acid too. Please, please talk to your doctor. There are plenty of diets, exercise regimens, etc. that will help you succeed in losing weight.

By throwing up after you eat, you very well may lose 10 kgs quickly, but you'll also lose all of your energy due to lack of nutrients, your immune system will be down and you could get sick much easier, you'll be tired and lethargic, and most certainly won't feel like exercising or eating correctly. You'll end up binge eating because your body will be starving for food, and you'll eat whatever you can get your hands on, only to deprive your body of it a few minutes later. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!!!!!

no it wouldn't help you lose weight.
it would help you look unattractive and that would just add to your depression (i know you didn't say you were depressed but if you're considering becoming bulimic then yes you are depressed).
the more depressed you get the more you need help so you might start cutting yourself to get attention and lose the pain. then if you don't get help you might actually try to commit suicide.
i know it sounds ridiculous but this is how it happens. it might take 6 months but it will happen. i know from my life. twice.
just stick to diet and exercise and do not even think about throwing up or not eating.

I just took a look at some of your other posts to see how messed up you are and i found something very disturbing.
you asked how much weight you think you needed to lose and you posted a picture.

you're hot. everybody thought you were crazy for wanting to lose weight and they were right. you are absolutely perfect. you can't look any better so stop trying.

10kgs can be lost in a month thru exercise and diet. But your way should be quicker even tho the stomach acids will eat the enamel from your teeth.

ive honestly thought about bulimia too,i vomited once ,so i gave up, cos i dont like to vomit,,,, really its a bad idea, then i thought ill try anorexia, but i kept eating, lol
if u concentrate on exercise and healthy eating you can drop off the 10 in a few months, xxxxxxxxxxx cut the bread and pasta,

thats just silly making yourself sick, you will end with an eating disorder. constant vomitting alone can cause serious stomach problems, the acid when you are sick can cause erosion of the gut wall etc and you end of with little rips in it and then you gat leakage from your gut which makes you very ill.

Do not get started on this. It is an eating disorder called Bulimia Nervosa and you can die from it (I lost a friend to it 3 years ago). Please see your doctor and discuss this with him or her.

you would be a bulimic. it's not good for you. try diets that is low in carbs and exercise.

but DONT do it
its really bad for u
u can get really sick
if u really wanna loose weight
find a healthy way to do it
the dieting and working out
is perfect
u dont need to throw up
