LOL always! My 16 month old comes when I tell him it's time to change his diaper, but runs away as soon as I get the stuff. He thinks it's fun! So, I tried to make it a game to. I tickle him or play "This Little Piggy". I also hung a set of wind chimes over his changing table, that helps sometimes. Good luck!

Mine's 18 months and I have to chase her every time she needs a diaper change. She'll see the diaper and run. I find if I give her a little warning and tell her she's got a few minutes toplay until I change it, she tends to struggle less.

My little man just turned 16 months and he's a runner as well. I think they think it's a game sometimes and other times, they just have to many other fun things to do to worry about being taken away for a diaper change.

Maybe diapers give her a nasty rash.
Wouldn't you run away if someone tried to change yours if you had rash???!!! lol
Why don't you try good old-fashioned cotton nappies.
You know, large white squares of cotton, fastened with a baby safety pin. They're rash proof & folded well absorb very well. More trouble for Mums but hey! thats our job.
I didn't use more than about 20diapers ever for my toddler.
Used about 10 cotton nappies every night tho'.
Got so used to it, could fasten the pin with my eyes closed.
Its comfier for your baby, try it!
xx

All three of mine become sudden sprinters at the word "diaper change!"
Sometimes we play games, like Ewie Poopoo Butt, where I wrestle them down, clean them up, and then bend their legs over their faces so they can see through them. And I usually let them run uncovered for a few minutes - really cuts down on diaper rash.

All four of my kids went through this phase - my son was the worst! As soon as it was changing time it turned into a foot race! (He had that advantage........short, low center of gravity, able to corner qucker!)
Once I caught them it was like WWF wrestling to get the diaper on!
It's a phase....lol like so many other wonderful phases!
