There are far too many things that can cause eye problems in cats to guess sight-unseen. Some are symptoms of very serious underlying disease, so get her to a vet pronto! If you can't afford to do that, check with a local humane society to see if they will help, ask the vet if you can make payments, but get her seen somehow.

I asked this question too on Yahoo and was told that Chamomile tea bag infusion, use as eye wash, should last 3 days if kept in fridge. Bathe morning and night.

It could be something simple like an eye infection or something more complex like distemper. Either way, the cat needs appropriate veterinary treatment before the condition gets worse. Please take the cat to a vet, or, if you can't afford it, maybe you can help your cat to find a new owner who can.
