It's funny what people will pass along as truth. This is NOT true, just an urban legend. Don't believe everything your silly classmates tell you, and read this link:

No that is not true, It has been a rumor since the early 90's. It would be much easier to just get an Extension, instead of full on removal of ribs, if you were gonna do something like that.
It's not the ribs that prevent you from doing something like that, it's the spine and the stomach and the size of your stuff....man i sound like I know way too much about this.

As most have said it is untrue.
He explains in his book that he believes it started when he had someone dress up as him onstage with a strap on and he gave "himself" oral sex. It was all for show though and it was actually his girlfriend who was dressed as him.
By the way, his book is amazing. Even if you don't really like him you can't help having totally different ideas about him after you read it. I recommend it to everyone.

I think personally it's just a rumor. But really only Marilyn Manson can answer that question and well he's not talking so I suppose we'll never know.

no it's not. people have said the same thing about cher in the past. it's just an urban legend, there is no such medical procedure
