Ok so we had 85 degree days and then a cold front came through. So all day i was aching with my shoulders and elbows, knees, and back.. Im 35 years old and its killing me!! I was at work and i kept repositioning myself to avoid pain!! Is this a sign im getting older?? Please advise!

All of us are getting older. You can try supplements like fish oil, flaxseed oil, glucosamine, chondroiton, and MSM. There are combination joint formulas available, too. They help the joints and tendons and help reduce inflammation. I take flaxseed oil and MSM everyday and they have helped my joints. Sometimes you'll need to take some Tylenol, ibuprofen, or Aleve for the pain. And may I welcome you into the club of those of us whose joints can predict the weather.

Yes, this is sign of getting older. I agree that you should take suppliments that support your joints and I take Tylenol to relieve the pain. It sucks getting older. On cold days, I sometimes feel like an 75 year old woman. Goodluck..

no its not a sighn of u geting older. i broke my nakle at the start of 2006 and about 8hrs before it rains my ankle hurts and the colser it gats the more my ankle hurts
