Ive hit a plateau and im not losing any more weight. What can i do to jump start my weight loss again?

Vary your calories from day to day. So, if you usually have 1,500 calories a day, go up to 1,600 one day and down to 1,400 the next. Or, you can try exercising differently. If you've been walking, try cycling. Or add in intervals, so you jog for a minute, walk for a minute.

I agree, vary your excercises. Switch up the diet as well. Have you tried supplementation? If used correctly they are great and breaking plateau's. Check out www.workoutfanatic.com
