LOL. I bet you are more confused than when you started...
Como can be the conjugated form of the verb comer, so yes it can mean I eat.
If you recall, como can also mean "how" or "what"
Como estas? = How are you?
Como? = What?
In this song though, it means "Listen how it goes"
Some other people translated it to mean "Hey, how's it going?" which is understandable because OYE is another one of those words like como... different context, different meaning.
In this song, oye is the cojugated verb of oir, which means to listen.

Song:
oye como va (listen how it goes)
el ritmo (the beat)
bueno pa' gozar (good to enjoy) < like in a festive way

Hope I didn't confuse you even more :0)

Comer means to eat.
Como means "how" in Spanish...you need to re-take Spanish.
I believe Ay Como Va means "Hows it going"

In that phrase, it means "how" as in "How are you?/How's it going?"

"Comer" is the verb "to eat", so con jugated, "como" means "I'm eating/I eat."

"Como" is also the word for "how" or "what."

Definately not about dancing.
