Sure, great women are out there. There are many women with the princess mentality but dealing with them is easy.
Princesses show that they feel self-entitled very quickly so there is no need to waste time. Don't hang around thinking she will change. As soon as she acts like that, adios.

I've NEVER been the type to look for money. Ever. I think it comes from growing up more or less broke, and knowing that money is a resource that can easily slip away.
I had a class with one of the "hottest" girls in my high school. She never struck me as too bright, but I didn't spend much time around her (not a hot chick, lol)...but one day as we were standing around a class room, she pointed at a guy and asked me his name. I told her, and joking asked it he was her next victim.
She told me that she already was dating him. I looked at her questioningly, and she said: "His car is gorgeous". I could have torn her apart, and I barely knew the guy. And she said "Look, I'm using him for his money, and he's using me for how I look. Reputation, whatever. Maybe we'll fall in love, maybe not"...to which I replied "Oh...okay. So you're a whore."
I guess that's what happens when people don't have any personality.
Anyway, to answer your question - yes, it is definitely possible to find a girl that cares. My fiance and I both work relatively crappy jobs, and neither of us have a license or a car...but we love each other, and it works.
A GORGEOUS good friend of mine was in an accident...lost one leg, one arm, and most of his face (burn scarring)...and his girlfriend (who had only been with him about a year at that point) STUCK WITH HIM. Through all of his surgeries, physical therapy, the mental games of losing both limbs and looks (he could have modeled, seriously)...all of it. She's still around...they're getting married sometime next year, I think. He doesn't make a whole lot of money, and neither does she. But they are happy...and though I've never had many female friends, I will love that girl for the rest of my life just for getting him through.
So yes, it's possible. May take a little bit harder searching, but if you are actually caring as well, you'll find her.

Since they have no conscience and super ego, they don't care about respecting themselves enough to be picky about guys. Yes, there are. I know I was, even though at times I slid a bit when I hit an icy patch. If I was others were too and perhaps they're still out there.

Hm... I'm confused. You say you want a girl who cares, but in the question you ask how to "crank a woman's engine", which I assume is some sort of sexual reference. If you see women as sexual objects, I'm not sure you can expect them to care about you. I suspect maybe you're attracted to and asking out the wrong kind of women.

OMG yess!!! It's not all about the MONEY...or MATERIAL things. I love a man who can just be himself, and not have to try to impress with lavish outings, and pricey stuff. Usually they are snobs and I hate that!!! I hope you find that kind of woman, i'ts hard in this world today finding someone like that. have you notice that the girls that want all those stuff are "barbie doll" girls that's what most guys go for so to get them its gonna cost ya
why don't you try the girls that are not all that pretty maybe a little meat on their bones they are they one who i find the nicest anyway and beautiful personalities
all in all just stop being picky with girls and I'm sure you would find one
