Take it to the vet. Or run it over with a car. Either way works honestly.

Definately get it to your vet or an E vet. Keep it safe and comfortable. If you have a carrier you may want to put some soft bedding in there and put the cat in it so it can't hide from you or hurt itself even further. Definately take it to the vet, they'll want to do xrays. Good luck.
Oh yeah, do not give it any kind of "pain relievers" over the counter meds can kill a cat very quickly.

You don't consider this a vet emergency?
If you broke your hands would you sit home waiting for them to get better or maybe get unbroke if you waited long enough? Get the cat to a vet.

kitty needs to see a vet as soon as possible, Find an animal ER. If you can't go tonight at least treat as you would a human injury, apply some ice and keep kitty comfortable. poor thing

Take it to the vet as soon as possible. Don't let an animal suffer.
