Kathrine is right (sort of).....there was no law change though. This was the result of changes in the method that FICO calculates your credit scores.

This can be used to build credit if you don't have credit and even if you do. Just keep up on the bills.

It used to be that way, but the law changed as of September, so it doesn't work anymore.
