Technically, Tinkerbell is right. mi casa, su casa is simply my house, your house in Spanish
If you want to say "my house is your house" you need to add "es" and say, "mi casa es su casa".
And, yes, it's an idiom meaning "make yourself at home"

Literally translated it does indeed mean my house is your house. It is a customary expression to mean 'make yourself at home'.
Hope that helps!
