thay are asking me to pay US$ 1250 for visa processing is it save to give the money

I did a google search of that company and it appears to be a sham, fake or not on the up and up. They are not one of the cruise lines that are operating from US ports. In fact its hard to tell exactly what they are. I would not send them money to process a visa.
