Yes, you can swallow it. The strips contain only a small dose of hydrogen peroxide, which was once used by people (and occasionally still is) as a mouthwash. Of course, consuming large amounts will make you ill, but the amounts in the strips will not.

Of course.

They are not going to allow you to put their product in your mouth if it is toxic.

Yeah, given extremely high doses, you could make yourself sick, but the occasional swallow will not hurt.
