The over-the-counter meds only relieve the pains -- they do not eliminate the infection! Please read the instructions on whichever product you purchase. It will tell you not to take them for more than two days.

1) See your doc or go to a clinic ASAP. UTI can become a full-fledged kidney infection and with today's super-bacteria, it can kill you.

2) Go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist to recommend one of the over-the counter- meds. They know the products better than we do.

Wishing you well!

OTC meds treat the symptoms. They do not and cannot treat the infection. Cranberry juice can help prevent a UTI but doesn't treat an ongoing infection. You can go to the pharmacy after you pick up a prescription at the clinic. See a doctor. You may wish to avoid complications.

You go to the clinic first just in case it isn't a urinary tract infection, and you can ask if they have any free samples, maybe save some money.

The clinic. You need an antibiotic. That is a prescription item. The pharmacy can't sell it to you without that prescription.

If you are suffering from urinary tract infection then please visit the doctor immediately and have it cured.

Recently one of my family members was suffering from the same and ignored it. The infection spread and bcame severe. He had to be admitted in the hospital and his kidneys were greatly affected.

Please dont ignore it and search for a self made cure.

GO TO THE DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY

If you have a UTI, you should go to the doctor and get a prescription for an antibiotic. If you don't treat this, it can spread to your kidneys and later your blood. Treat it while it is easy to cure.
