I've been with my girlfriend for a few months now, and I know I'm in love with her, but I can't bring myself to tell her. I sense she feels strongly for me too, and I feel that she wants me to say it because she won't first. But something holds me back.

I know I shouldn't hold grudges for past relationships, but in the past I've dealt with a lot of untrustworthy women, especially my last gf, who would take advantage of my feelings. So I can't shake the feeling that there's something I don't trust about her. Am I being paranoid? Everything I know about her so far suggests she's different from the others, but I just feel so guarded.

You two need to talk. You are picking up something. Anyway, you need to get past it to let things blossom.

Ack, stop listening to the little voice in your head!

If your heart tells you that you love her, tell her.

You can not let the past come into your current relationship. If you do, it will fail.

We are all shaped by our past but it is up to us to let go of it. If we all listened to the 'little voice' created by our past experiences then we would be a population of very lonely single people.

She shouldn't believe him. To make plans to connect up with absolutely everyone they met on myspace is identifying to decide for it (cheating I propose). And with the lady being sixteen, this is purely incorrect! i could tell your chum that she would desire to evaluate what her destiny could be like with this guy (incredibly in the event that they have any little ones, incredibly daughters). Yuck, what a sicko.
