If unbred a cat will come into heat every 2 weeks or so. If she has had one heat cycle and then nothing for 5 weeks then she probably is pregnant.
At 5 weeks your vet should be able to confirm it for you.

While it would be more rare for a 5 month old male to impregnate a kitty, it's NOT impossible.
Some cats, though, can be obviously in heat one time, and not so obvious the next time.
I agree with the first responder...get your kitties fixed.
My kitty was 2 years old, and no signs of heat...ever.
My male cat was 2 years old also, and never showed any signs that he knew what his parts were for. LOL
We didn't have the money for spays/neuters at the time, and opened the pantry to a baby kitten one day.
Thank God it was just one, and we kept him...but needless to say, both kitties are fixed now.

You'll know pretty soon I guess...you really need to have your cat fixed. She will only make a bunch of sweet kittens that no one will want.
