As long as it is not painful your physical activity shouldn't need limitation. As far as I know the only way to treat this problem would be surgery. However in many cases no surgery is needed. You should consult a urologist about this condition to get the best answers for your particular case.

Ignore it unless it hurts or you think it is infected. You shouldn't need surgery and there is no limitation on activity.
