If you wish Jack a happy birthday and he doesn't see it, you have lost nothing.

But if you don't, he might notice and be really sad...

So why not just accept Jacks' birthday and hope he has a great one?

(Since this is Pascal's W., feel free to have a birthday drink!)

Does it feel good to report completely inoffensive posts? You'll notice how it stopped us... I'm not here for the points, tootsie.

Ah ...... but then if it is not Jack's birthday, but Jace birthday and you wish Jack happy birthday, he might get more upset as he will feel you are a hypocritical friend.

Jace will be sad then. Therefore it is better not to wish happy birthday to anyone if you do not have enough evidences it is his/her birthday. At most they will think you had slip your mind.

(The above does not apply to your spouse ...... if you forgot your spouse birthday ..... I am quite sure he/she will give you a hard time for the whole year..... kind of a forget me birthday curse)

Yeah, but if I don't really want Jack to have a happy birthday, and wish him one...wait a minute. Sorry, I just decided i'm going to move on to a better question.

Perhaps you're offending Neptune when you're in a boat, because you're on his domain and not acknowledging that he's the divine ruler of the the ocean. You might as well worship him, because you never know . . .

Where is Jack and what does he have to say about all this fuss being made over him? Maybe he is hiding because of embarassment???
