i really want to lose five pounds and mainly lose fat in my stomach and to have abs. i'm 14 years old and i weigh about 115 pounds and i'm 5'5''. i need to lose it and have abs by the end of december so its a while away. any suggestions?

okay i dont want to lose weight if its not necessary for a toned stomach i just want a defined stomach and i know i'm not fat jeezz.

You're actually at a good weight for your height. But if you want abs, you don't necessarily have to lose the weight. Do sit ups or go to a gym and use the ab machines. You'll tone your abs that way, and it's healthier for you.

You sound like you are fine weight-wise. Why do you feel you have to lose more weight? I hope that no one is pressuring you to do so. Just do moderate exercise, including situps which would tone your abs. If you want to lose more weight talk to your doctor. A really good book to read about fitness is Fit or Fat by Covert Bailey. Get the latest one he did - I think it's called the Ultimate Fit or Fat. It's an excellent guide to no-nonsense fitness and he does not believe in dieting whatsoever. Good luck to you!!

just drink five glasses of ice cold water a day and no diet anything soda elc. That and do crunches while you watch TV.
Keep your normal calorie intake the same and just drinking cold water 6 to 8 8oz glasses you can lose 10 pounds a month.
Warning do not over drink water drink too much water at one time can kill you. 6 to 8 glasses is what doc recommend. The crunches along you will see a difference right away your 14 so don't do anything goofy unless tell your folks first. But drinking water and a little exercise will not kill you.

first of all umm YOUR FIT WHAT ARE YOU THINKING but lol if you looking for an easy way to lose wheight but dont mind getting a bit dirty and it may take some time ive got a solution its copy righted lol so dont steal it
how do you lose weight ..simple sweat it dosent matter how or when
i was an overwheight dude 210 can you belive it im one sixty now woot for me so you know it works and i did little to no work
just sweat any where and in anyway you can and eat less i spent a month in pakistan with out electricity i spend most of my time in heated rooms and warm places in the summer wearing sweats long johns three layers so i basically doubled my wheight in clothes but not all the time its kinda embarassing so i took of a few layers if i had to interact with people and to speed up the process before i go to bed i did i few short relaxing moves to get my blood pumping an tone my muscles a bit then i slept in my room with no cool air what so ever and slept under two blankets
just sweat if you start beading your getting results im still doing it and it works i lose those few extra pounds i seem to gain every week end lol

Eat fruit and natural foods only. Meats too. A healthy diet slims you down naturally, and makes you healthy in the process. It is unfortunate you are more interested in your weight than your health. 115 pounds sounds very slender at 14. Don't be radical with your diet. It affects your life force. Keep your diet balanced and doon't fall for any of those lose weight quick schemes. You're better than that.

yesss you may lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks thats fairly existence like. you may consume very healthful and decrease out junks even candies. B: consume 2 slices of toast, or wheat cereal with skim milk. or perhaps some oatmeal. L: have a huge salad with low fat dressing. or you've got pita wraps that are healthful aswell. s: consume rice truffles yet in common terms 8. and of direction end result aswell. D: consume particularly some vegetables and protein. Like chicken, turkey or beef. you may mixture it up and positioned some spices in it. Cuz its bland now and returned =/ I swear in case you are trying this for 2 weeks and workout for an hour on a regular basis or perhaps 30 minutes you will see outcomes great quickly ! oh anddd you may workout 5 cases a week and on saturday have one component you rather need.

Don't listen to any of these stupid people on here calling u anorexic and stuff. Just do some crunches and leg lifts. and you will gain weight when toning your abs. if you lose about 3 lbs of fat from your belly, you will probably gain back that plus 2 or 3 lbs of muscle.
So crunches and leg lifts would work.

Watch your calorie intake. Only eat 3 meals a day and make them count, no junk food. I walk 2 miles a day and it's helped me loose weight. Maybe if you just walked you dog or something until december... and do sit-ups at night! good luck!

when i wanted to tone my stomach i used to do crunches on my yoga ball. look for a video guided by Suzanne Deason, she is excellent. it's also really relaxing. make sure you keep up with it between 2-5 times a week, i saw results in a little more than 2 weeks.
