What penalty or fines will I recieve (if court apperance is required), for parking my freinds car in in a parking lot at a mall?
Im am not sure though, that the cop saw us switch seats. My liscense is not suspended or revoked I have just never had one, or even taken my permet test and I am 20.

Depending on where you live, but, every state requires you to have a valid license while operating a motor vehicle unless it is on private property not open to the public flow of vehicular traffic.
The charge would be Driving Without A Valid License or something to that effect. It is a criminal offense.
I suggest BEFORE you go to court that you obtain a valid license! That way you can present it to the judge and you will probably get off with a very small fine with adjudication of guilt withheld.

operating a motor vehicle upon any public or open-use public area without a license is illegal whether for one second or one hour, the time matters not
to get the fines lowered, explain to the judge in clear terms that you didn't realize it was illegal then, but you darn sure do now!
