Coz I have this fight with this dude a few months ago and its all because of a stupid mistake so my plan was to dismiss it and just forget about it but he attacked me until somebody broke it up as a student of Kung Fu I am not obliged to fight until I am TRULY hurt but since I am not, I did not fought back. So last month I saw this guy again he started trash talking again and so I ignored it, again, he started attacking me, I didnt fight him(again I am not hurt even a little bit since I could dodge rather well) but I took action in it by telling the Authorities and me, him, mine and his parents talked through it and he apologized but yesterday he is provoking another fight by looking at me with a threatening eye, I could somehow sense that something is seriously wrong and that he wants more trouble should I fight him now, that he is provoking a fight, should I fight him???

Fighting is never the answer... however.. man really you have done all you could... as long as he throws the first punch... and someone sees it.... honestly, tear him up..... its already been recorded that you have asked the authorities to step in.... If your story is true you are in the right....depending on your ability... If it were me and I was far superior to him.. I would get him in a joint lock, and make him say some very belittling things about himself infront of everyone.... that would be a great way to humble him, and not hurt him... good luck man, I'd say stand your ground.. it's time

You need to let people know that you are concerned that he may do something stupid again. At the same time you need to make sure not to turn your back on him and give him an opportunity to cheap shot you but if he does or if he comes at you then you need to put him down. Some people just don't learn any other way and just think-if he is doing this to you-what has he been doing to everyone else for the last ten years? Believe me-you will be doing yourself and all those others a favor by kicking his butt.

A very wise man once told me that some people will never learn until they are taught a lesson. I know that this response sounds like it came from a fortune cookie, but it is very true in today's society.
You have done all that you can to handle the problem in a peaceful manner. If he attacks you again you should take the action one step farther. Should he attack again direct his actions by yielding to his attacks.

Like most bully's he will only become more aggressive until he provokes what he sees as the inevitable outcome. Remember this because he will not stop chipping away at you until he gets his desired response. Most bully's will seek to prove themselves against martial artists in order to validate their belief that martial arts in general have no "value" as a means of defense.

Remember...You do not have to actually strike him to redirect his own force against himself.

Good luck with your dilemma but even Buddhist monks will defend themselves when threatened.

The only way this guy is going to back down is by you either beating him in a fight or embarrass the hell out of him. Being trained in martial arts doesn't mean you can't fight... it just means you know how to defend yourself in a fight. If he approaches you and pushes you then you have the right to fight back in self-defense. To me it sounds like he has anger issues and he has picked you to take out those issues. Best thing to do in my opinion is to just wait and see what he wants to do and if he provokes another fight then put him in his place. I have been in your shoes and trust me that might be the only way to stop a bully.

I funny you ask this Question I just read this article about a kid in orlando who killed another boy in street fight. The kid is facing life in jail. My ? 2 U is if you have no choice and I mean none at all then yes defend yourself but if you can a void it that is better. I train every day 2-5 hours a day in MMA and work hard and people always try to test me but remember the real test is in your hard work and in your commitment and in keeping your promises.

just show him it's not a good Idea to mess with you. you don't need to hurt some one to prove a point. putting a fist or foot within an inch of some ones face is usually enough to make em think twice. Otherwise a gentle slap with the palm or back of the hand works nice. Or if you are handy with joint locks you can put some pressure on him.
If faced with agression react no matter what you don't always need to hurt them to make your message

What are you 16? I generally like to get paid when I fight but if someone was constantly disrespecting me - you have to man up and defend your honor.

Just find a forum to fight him like a local boxing club or MMA school. There are plenty of ammy MMA shows out there - tell him to fight you at one of those events.

No, don't fight him unless he attacks you again. If he does, beat the snot out of him. If all he is doing is giving you hard stares, ignore him.
