My girl was pretty much potty trained, she would always let us know when she needed to go, until she went to the store and one of the automatic sensors went of and scared her very much, now she is afraid to go anywhere even at home is a struggle, and she is now having constant accidents.

Here's a tip for pottying away from home where there's an automatic toilet: carry stickers or post-it notes to put over the sensor while she's using the toilet. Then you control when the toilet flushes when you remove it after she's done.

As far as desensitizing her to the flush at this point, maybe she'll go back to the training potty that doesn't flush at all while she's works her way back up to the "real thing." I also liked the tips that the other answerers gave, try some and find what works for you.

First talking with her toilet flushing is flushing her potty thing go away or swimming to somewhere than try to flushing toilet with her together couple of time to let her feel flushing toilet is not scare and can let her see her potty gone from the toilet. but don't put too hard to let her feel comfortable first.

I'm not sure how to get her over her fear, but I can prevent it from happening again. I read that a woman carried post-it notes in her bag, and placed one over the sensor before her daughter used a public toilet. That would keep it from scaring her again, but first you have to get her back in there.

Whatever you try, remember that 2 1/2 is so very young. Their fears at this age are exaggerated, but very real to them. Good luck, and try to imagine yourself in her tiny shoes.

Reward her for going on the potty. Get her a litte calendar with her favorite cartoon character on it (or just one that she picks out) and let her pick stickers to put on the days she uses the potty. Kids love stickers. At the end of the week, you and her can count the number of stickers she has (strengthens counting skills as well as making her feel proud of herself).
