Mine is probably The Final Cut by Pink Floyd, I love it, but it's a little too bitter and angry for my taste.

kerstephon: I very much agree.... I'd like to think Radiohead was joking when they made that.

rukrym: Pablo Honey is a much better album than most albums at the time, but it doean't even come close to comparison to other Radioheads.

On The Sunday Of Life, Porcupine Tree. Steven Wilson hadn't really found his sound when he wrote this album.

We Were Dead Before The Ship Sank, Modest Mouse. I'd like to believe that Isaac Brock had no part in the creation of this album. The genius dueling vocals, the trademark Isaac guitar playing, the gritty recording style mostly forgotten for some "cleaned-up" sound that is an atrocity to Modest Mouse's name. Thank Odin he's pledged not to keep this way of writing and recording up for long.

Hints, Allegations, and Things Left Unsaid, Collective Soul. Shine and Goodnight, Good Guy are great songs but the rest of the album is a serious bore.

One Hot Minute, Red Hot Chili Peppers. I'm sorry, Dave Navarro, but Jack Sherman fit better with Kiedis and Flea than you did. Aeroplane was decent, but that's solely because of Flea's inspirational bass playing.

Showbiz, Muse. Even though this is my least favourite Muse album, I still don't have an urge to skip a song on it. It's just the least spectacular

Pablo Honey, Radiohead, as has been mentioned.

Gun's N Roses... "The Spaghetti Incident"

If you never took the time to listen to it, you should. Unlike some of the other picks, this album can't be blamed on experimentation, one of the members having more control than the others, or a low budget.

The songs are stunningly bad. Despite the fact the tracks are cover songs (most punk) and seem to be something GNR could have pull with flair... no such luck.

And even The Beatles are redeemed, in a way, after "Yellow Submarine" as GNR allows Duff, their bassist, to sing on 2 tracks such unforgettable lines like, "You can't throw your arms around a memory, so don't try... don't try." Just recalling his drunken slurring makes me laugh!

First off, what are you smoking? It must be good to make you think Pablo Honey is anything short of brilliant!! :) I'll admit it probably is my least favourite Radiohead album, but not by much.

I'd say mine would have to be "Von" by Sigur Ros. It's a good enough album, just nowhere near as good as any of their others.

I have to say "Re-Load" by Metallica. It was just too far away from the metal roots they cemented them selves with and it was just plain boring in places. I only have about 4 songs from it in my iPod.

I liked "The Final Cut" - some great melodies and themes on it. It was not really a Floyd album thought was it...it was practically a Roger Waters album!

My favorite band is The Grateful Dead but the Go To Heaven album doesn't do anything for me and never has. I do like a lot of those songs live but the versions on that album sound flat to me.

I have to agree with you... I even like Division Bell and Momentary Lapse of Reason a tiny, tiny, tiny bit. It's so depressing.

Dear record company:

These are the cuts of The Wall that David and Nick labeled as too depressing. Please throw them together in an album that 90% of the fans will hate.

Thanks,
Roger

Victim of Love--by Elton John (may actually be the worst version of Johnny B Goode EVER--and that's covering some ground)
