I guess the answer your seeking doesn't exist! If you're looking for the one thing that gives you a definate "in" with any girl you're outta luck. Look around you, your friends, your mates, your family... Now what's the one thing that they all have in common? Nothing, we're all different, we're all unique. So I guess "the one thing" you seek is probably "be yourself" & relax. You won't have every girl thinking you're great, life isn't like that. But then again, my guess is that there are a few girls out there that you don't want to impress as well. As the French say "vive la difference"!

Sincereity.Honesty.Genuiness.Kindness.Consideration.Love.Security.Stabilty.A man who can hold a conversation other than sex and football and other birds, and knows how to make a good cuppa tea in the morning.!All other things are not vastly important.However, there are no men fitting this description, so I don't know why I bothered answering it in the first place.! (specially about the cuppa tea bit.!)
