He's a puppy! They are highly unlikely to start cocking the leg that young. Most likely, as he approaches sexual maturity he will start to lift his leg a bit, then do it more and more as he gets older. On the other hand, some males never do lift their legs, and that is perfectly normal too.
And I know plenty of male dogs, particularly if neutered, who will lift their legs when out for a walk, in order to mark territory, but who don't bother to do it at home, particularly if there is no other male dog there to need to display their virility to.
I also know quite a few female dogs, especially spayed ones, who habitually lift their legs to pee against stuff, in order to mark their territory, lol!
All of it no cause for concern whatsoever. But especially not cocking in such a young pup. Tbh, I would be very surprised if he was doing it already at that age.
Edited to add: sorry, forgot I should say "lift", as the other is a rude word lol! Corrected it now!

Absolutely nothing! Some male puppies don't start lifting their legs until they're a year or more. My adult males, if they really have to pee, don't even lift their legs! Leg-lifting is a social marking behavior, and has nothing to do with the medical/health aspect of urination. Even female dogs sometimes lift their legs to pee when marking.

Puppies all pee in a squat. Some males never lift the leg if they get fixed early enough. They can learn the behavior from other dogs when they get older, even if they are neutered.

Nothing. A male puppy will squat to pee until he is older and more mature. Then he will naturally begin to lift his leg to pee. Your puppy is perfectly normal!

He's still a baby! He'll grow up and probably lift his leg. For some dogs that can take up to a year. Make sure you have the little guy neutered. Good luck! And don't worry about him peeing like a girl, all boys do when they are that little.

No he is not copying her, Many male puppies, in fact most of them, pee like females when they are young. their bones and muscles are still developing so its harder for them to balance on three legs. As they grow older they will begin to lift their leg. some never learn, But dont worry it's totally normal.

Nothing. My 2 male dogs only life their legs if we go on walks and they smell somthing they want to pee or or mark territory. The don't actually squat like a female anymore, they sort of spread out like a horse. As long as they're going, it doesn't matter how they choose to do it.

Nothing is wrong with him.
He may or may not start lifting his leg when he older.
Some males never do - it's just too much effort for them; others will tie themselves in knots trying to pee as high up something as they possibly can.

Most males begin to lift their leg as sexual maturity sets in and the hormones urge them to 'mark' their territory. Some adults, particularly those that were neutered before 6 months, may never lift their leg.

It's no big thing:
I have a 10 year old dog who still pees like a female, but hen sometimes he lifts a leg.
Hey let him pee the way he wants.
I've seen dogs poop on three legs! Females!!!
