planning a trip, I need a site where I can name a ticket price?

my friend took a trip to Hollywood , he took 4 people with him and he found a site where you fill out your airport info and where your going and the dates and ages of the people and where it said your MAX PRICE he put in 175.00 within hours Southwest Airlines responded and said yes !! only bad thing is that they said you have to leave at 6am and you have to purchase all 4 tickets within 30 Days well he did because normal prices from here in Florida are like 600-700 bucks each I am going to Bermuda and i want to do this also

WHERE CAN I NAME MY OWN AIRLINE PRICE AND LET THE AIRLINES FIGHT FOR MY BUSINESS ??

Priceline is worth a try, but it doesn't always get you the fare you want. Good luck though!
