as a deity? what purpose would you get from it? I am not putting anybody down, but would really like to know. if you believe in Satanm you must believe in God. Do you really believe he will win the Battle?

From what I understand, even Satanists don't really worship Satan. They embrace the concept of do whatever you want and whatever makes you feel good. It is hedonistic, but it isn't the same as worshiping the icon of evil.

What you think is Satan may be just an ancient(pre-Christian) deity to some. Remember that Christians twisted, changed, and gave an evil label to a lot of pagan deities (in one way or another) because they weren't Christ. There many different
sects of Satanism and I highly that they worship the christian concept of one.

Actually, the "god" that Jews, Christians, and Muslims worship is, in fact, SATAN, as evidenced by his commandments and behavior ("kill everyone in that city; man, woman and child", etc, etc..) The reason Monotheists don't recognize Jehovah as being Satan is that they simply refuse to judge his actions by the same moral standards that we use to judge if humans are good or evil! And the reason they do THAT is because they've already assumed he is God (note the circular reasoning...)

It depends upon the particular form of Satanism. Some folks see him kinda like Prometheus - while God, in their view, is a harsh and repressive tyrant, to them, Satan risks all to bring knowledge and freedom.

I don't think many people do. I think he is a mythical character that got picked up as the epitome of evil by the horror film industry.

why i tell you why because they dont believe in jesus they think that satan is the answer but their messed up in their heads sure we have to believe in satan but that doesnt mean we have to worship him i pity all those who do worship satan thats a big mistake jesus is the answer.

I don't understand why they would worship the Greatest deceiver that every walked earth. Doesn't that mean that they to would be deceived by him one day..Duh.
