just a thought, you say you have not talked to them ever. maybe it is you being rude, and them responding?
if this is not the case, and they are just rude idiots, just be really, excessively polite to them whenever you see them or talk to them. this really freaks people out!

you won't be able to stop others from asking questions purely on the grounds which you're drained or have reached your on a daily basis cut back. Y!A is open for each individual to ask and answer as much as they might interior of their on a daily basis limits. perhaps be greater selective in what you answer and how is it you're saying you joined 2 nights in the past and your profile shows...... Member on the grounds that: January 26, 2006 and you have spoke back 1246 questions. something isn't top.

All you can do is your best. Be considerate and remember when you are looking at them, they are looking at you. You see their faces, are you just reflecting your perceived opinion of them? Give them the benefit of the doubt. Adjust your thinking. Smile when you see them. Think something nice about them so you will have something nice to say. Treat them how you would like them to treat you, and be glad. You may just have some new friends.

Ignore them unless you are required to interact with them as part of your work. Raise yourself above them, be professional when you need to, but stop going out of your way to try to be friendly or win them over. Say, "Good Morning," and "Good Night"--whatever--just polite conversation and smile all the time when you are around them.

Like...define how rude they are first...because I don't think the new comers in your organization know that they're being annoying. Just try avoiding them in anyway you can. Hope this helps.

Just kill them with kindness, make sure you know and address them by their names, and if you are in a management or "boss" position make sure you are a leader and not one who talks down and degrades others just because you're "higher up". It really is that simple.

They apparently feel pressured and insecure and afraid no one will like them. Forgive and forget, holding grudges will not make anything better.
