This sounds like a trick question to me because you should look at all the terms and your agreement without question, before you get any credit card.

interest rates, type and rate
annual account fee

Assuming you use a credit card properly (don't pay late, don't go over the limit, don't take money out from itm ect) These are three basic things you need to decide whether the card is right for you.
