It appears that your boss used Turbo Tax to complete your tax return and gave you the printed copy. Your boss can't file your tax return herself. But she did help you by doing your return.

So you check the return to see that on the information on it is correct, sign and date it and mail to IRS. The first page of the tax return from TurboTax will have the mailing address.

Did you go on line and file the tax return or did you respond to some e-mail that said you had money due to you and to fill out a form. If the second is the case then you have been SCAMMED ..they just got your social security #, and any other personal info you gave them .. bank account, etc. I hope that was not the case. If you really did a proper tax return through a legitimate web site or software package then you can call the IRS and check the status of your refund..

If you used a legitimate business software program like TurboTax you would get a confirmation number when your tax is done and electronically filed. If you used another method, then the chance is you got scammed and they changed the bank information to their information.
Call the IRS, look at the IRS.gov web site and they can look to see if your return has been filed and if the refund has been issued. If it has then they will have the forms to demand the payment be returned.

Sounds like for whatever reason, it never got transmitted to the IRS. Print off a copy now, and mail it in to them. Since you have money coming back, there won't be a penalty for filing late, and you'll get your refund.
