I cannot speak for all religions but cults will do anything to keep you hooked on their lies. They will brainwash you and keep you away from the outside world so you not see the truth.

no because many people who attend church when they are young do so because their parents make them and they stop going when they are adults. also many adults that go to church never went as children. you are assuming that people who beleive in God are stupid. that is just not true
