Maybe you don't eat enough during the day. Maybe you're just bored, not really hungry. Sometimes people think they're hungry, but really they're craving a drink. And if you do HAVE to eat, eat something like, Non-Fat shorbet, pretzels and mustard, chocolate milk, fruit, yogurt or something. Something healthy or not so high in fat. I get cravings for food at night too, I'm trying to lose weight so I'm trying to stop eating at night, but if I HAVE to, I eat something good. Like what I listed.

Also, a good thing I do is I make snacking foods that aren't fatty - like I use fake sweetner and good products and sometimes eat that at night. Like, today I made a pie with all fresh ingredients and Splenda, so the only fat in it is the fruit and pie-crust, which has like barely any calories.

Hello:
It sounds like you are eating dinner too early,and that is why you get so hungry at night. If you are really hungry at night,I would suggest eating something healthy like oatmeal with fruit,cheese and crackers,or fresh fruit,because it will help curb your hunger without making you too full!

most likely a routine. if you always eat something late, then your body will get used to food late. also if you eat dinner early that could be a reason.

You either have a fast metabolism, you're bored, or you don't eat a filling supper. Drink water to fill you up.
